As a huge health and fitness buff I began to hear about the benefits of saunaing and eventually built one in my own home. As an avid weightlifter and always pushing myself to the next limit, I have done extensive research on the vast benefits of sauna use. From better circulation and detoxification to mental health benefits and relaxation, it is a privilege to be able to offer people a way to integrate wellness into their every day lies and elevate their lifestyle and homes with a home sauna.

As weight lifting partners, Joseph and I were working out one day and Carmel Saunas was organically developed out of the want to help others experience the benefits that we were seeing with continued sauna use. Using Joseph’s construction knowledge and Greg’s extensive sauna research together we are able to create the ultimate sauna experience.
